Can I use content I generated commercially?

No — we can't grant you permission to do that.

SpicyChat doesn't stop you talking about or referencing your conversations. But we don't grant licences or authorisation for commercial use, redistribution, resale or publication of generated content. That includes ebooks, videos, audio, games, merchandise and other derivative works.

Why: SpicyChat uses third-party and open-source language models. We don't own the underlying rights to the outputs, so we're not in a position to license them to you — for anything, at any price.

If you choose to use generated content externally, that's your decision and your responsibility, subject to applicable law and the policies of whatever platform you publish on. We'd strongly suggest making sure your work is substantially original and transformative.

Nothing in our Terms of Service grants exclusive rights, ownership, or any guarantee about reusing or monetising generated content.
