If you create your account in the same browser and the same session you were chatting in, your guest conversations are carried over to the new account automatically.
It won’t work if you cleared your browser cache in between, or started the conversations in a different session, browser or device.
If the transfer doesn’t happen, we aren’t able to link those conversations to your account manually — guest chats aren’t tied to any account in our system, so there’s nothing for us to connect them to.
Signing in before you start chatting means your conversations are saved to your account and available anywhere.
