"No conversation history found" when you know there are chats. This is a known issue affecting accounts with a large number of saved conversations with the same character. Your chats aren't lost — the page is failing to load them.
We're working on making saved chats load more reliably. In the meantime, starting a new chat with that character will work.
If chats appear out of order, hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). This is almost always a display problem and your conversation is intact underneath.
If a conversation is genuinely missing, contact us with the character name, roughly when you last saw it, and roughly how many messages it had. We'll check — but please read article 8.6 first.
