Cancelling a subscription bought elsewhere

We can’t cancel subscriptions managed by another platform. Use the relevant one below.

Google Play (PixelChat)

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon, top right
3. Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
4. Select PixelChat → Cancel subscription

SubscribeStar Cancel through your SubscribeStar account. Their help centre has the steps.

Deleting your SpicyChat account does not cancel any of these. They’re managed by the platform you bought them from and will keep billing you. Cancel there first — see article 1.6.
