Public characters are reviewed before they go live. There are two stages:
Automated review. Our auto-moderator checks for potential guideline breaches. It's automated, so false positives happen — see article 6.4.
Manual review. If automated checks flag something you believe is fine, the system will offer to send your character to a human moderator. You may need to resubmit a few times before that option appears.
Normal turnaround is around 24 hours. If your character has been in review for longer than 24–48 hours, contact us and we'll chase it with the moderation team.
