On recurring subscriptions, we have safeguards that should prevent you buying a duplicate while one is already active. If you’ve managed to end up with two anyway, tell us and we’ll put it right.
On one-time payment methods, duplicates are possible — because these are handled by an external provider, nothing stops you buying a second subscription. If that’s happened, we’ll merge them so you get the full value of both.
What to send us:
- The email address on your account
- Proof of both transactions — receipts, transaction IDs, or a statement showing both charges
- The dates and amounts
We’ll combine the two into a single subscription with the correct end date. In most cases we can also offer a refund of the duplicate instead if you’d prefer — just say which you’d like.
To avoid it happening again: change your plan through Manage Subscription rather than buying a new one, and wait for the payment confirmation before trying again if a payment appears to fail.
