Refunds

Talk to us first. If something isn’t working, or the product isn’t what you expected, tell us — we’d much rather fix the problem or sort out a refund directly than have you unhappy.

Our refund policy

Paid directly by credit or debit card: if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, with minimal usage on the account, and you’re not satisfied with the product, we’ll issue a refund.

Paid by a one-time method — cryptocurrency and other local one-time payment options — these are non-refundable.

Paid through a third-party platform: whether a refund is possible depends on that platform’s own policy, and you’ll need to request it from them. Most one-time payments through third parties are non-refundable.

How to request one

Contact support with:

  1. The email address on your account
  2. The date and amount of the charge
  3. The payment method, and the last 4 digits of the card if you used one
  4. The transaction or invoice ID from your receipt email
  5. Why you’re asking

We’ll usually ask why. Not to talk you out of it — it’s genuinely how we find out what’s not working. Telling us doesn’t slow anything down.

Timing. Once approved, refunds normally reach your account in 5–6 business days. Occasionally up to 14 days depending on your bank. If it’s been longer than 14 days, come back to us.
