We post live updates on Discord. That's where we announce incidents, progress and resolutions in real time, and it's the fastest way to find out what's happening.
You don't need to contact us during a known outage — a ticket won't reach you faster than the Discord update. If you'd like us to follow up with you personally once it's resolved, do send one and we will.
If something is broken and there's no announcement, please tell us. Being the first to report a pattern is genuinely useful.
