I deleted my account by mistake

We’re sorry — deleted accounts cannot be restored. This applies however recently it happened. All chats, characters and conversations are gone permanently, and support has no way to bring them back.

We know that’s a hard answer. It’s why the deletion controls sit behind an expandable section and a confirmation countdown.

What you can do:

• Create a new account using the same email address, or a different one if the system won’t let you reuse it
• If you had an active paid subscription, tell us. We can migrate the remaining time from the deleted account to your new one so you don’t lose what you paid for. Send us the old account’s email address and the new one.

We can’t recover content, but we can make sure you aren’t out of pocket.
