I can't chat with a character any more

If you see a message saying the character is private or deleted, one of these has happened:

• The creator set it to private
• The creator deleted it
• Moderation removed it for a guidelines breach

If it was your own character and it was moderated, you should have received an email explaining why. See article 7.9.

If you have a link to the character or the chat, send it to us and we'll tell you what happened to it.

Your existing conversations with a removed character may no longer be accessible. We can't restore a character that moderation has deleted.
