Check whether NSFW content is turned off. If your favourites include NSFW characters and the setting is off, they'll be hidden. Turn it back on in profile settings (Safe Search on the app).
If a specific favourite is gone, the creator may have set it private or deleted it, or it may have been moderated. See article 6.12.
Otherwise:
- Clear cache and cookies
- Go directly to the favourites menu to force a reload
If it persists, tell us the country you're accessing from and send a short recording.
